Get a Canadian phone number for your business.

Canadian customers call a Canadian number, and that makes a difference to both response and trust. Below are the numbers on offer and what they cost.

The question that decides everything

Which Canadian number can your business have?

Not every Canadian number has a settled rule on whether you need an address in Canada. Where it is not settled, we check it with you before you order.

  • +1 800

    800, 833 to 888 — free for the caller

We check with you beforehand whether this needs an address in Canada.

  • +1 416

    Local — Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver

Can be registered to an address outside Canada.

Request and what it costs

We'll find your Canadian number for you

We show no stock for Canada on the site. Tell us which number you're after, and we'll find an available one and send you a proposal within one working day.

Request a number

What a number abroad costs

€49 per monthper number

The same amount in every country — a Canadian number costs no more than an Irish one. Including the full phone system: forwarding, IVR menu, call queue, call recording and statistics.

Just testing the market

€250 per yearprepaid

One line, one forwarding number, no features. For anyone who first wants to know whether the phone rings at all before setting up a phone system. That is less than €21 a month — under half the full rate, with exactly one thing that works: the number rings and the call reaches you.

And the call charges

Those depend on where the call goes

A call that arrives in Canada and goes on to an Irish VoIP line costs a different amount from one to a Canadian mobile. You get that rate with your proposal; it is the one thing we cannot put on the page, because it differs per route.

How it works

From request to a ringing phone

  1. You tell us what you need

Which city or which type, and whether you have a Canadian address. If you're not sure, we'll look at it with you.

  2. We check and send a quote

Within one working day you get a proposal with the current rates and an honest answer on whether it can be done. Sometimes the answer is that an 800 number will serve you better than a local number.

  3. The registration

If the number needs proof of address, we submit it to the regulator. That is the only part you have to wait for.

  4. Forwarding to your team

The call arrives in Canada and lands with your colleagues in Ireland. The caller dials a Canadian number and never notices the difference.

About Canadian phone numbers

When someone calls your Canadian number, you hear a short announcement or beep before the call connects. This lets you identify Canadian calls and answer appropriately.

We offer numbers in all major Canadian cities: 416/647 (Toronto), 514/438 (Montreal), 604/778 (Vancouver), 403/587 (Calgary), 613/343 (Ottawa), 780 (Edmonton), 204 (Winnipeg) and many more. Toll-free numbers (833, 844, 855, 866, 877, 888) are also available.

For a local area code number, no: it may be registered with an address outside Canada. Whether a toll-free number needs an address in Canada, we check with you before you order.

All toll-free prefixes work the same way — calls are free for the caller. The different prefixes (833, 844, 855, 866, 877, 888) simply reflect availability. 888 was the first expansion after 800, followed by 877, 866, 855, 844 and 833. Choose whichever is available or most memorable.

Canadian toll-free numbers are part of the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) and can typically be dialled from within Canada and the United States. Callers from other countries should use your local Canadian number or your standard Irish number.

Yes. Canada and the United States both use country code +1 as part of the North American Numbering Plan. Canadian numbers are distinguished by their area codes. A Toronto 416 number is recognisably Canadian, just as a New York 212 number is recognisably American.

Yes. Calls to your Canadian number are forwarded to any Irish landline, mobile or VoIP destination. You can change the forwarding destination at any time through your online account.
