Get an Italian phone number for your business.

Italian customers call an Italian number, and that makes a difference to both response and trust. Below are the numbers on offer and what they cost.

The question that decides everything

Which Italian number can your business have?

Not every Italian number has a settled rule on whether you need an address in Italy. Where it is not settled, we check it with you before you order.

In stock and what it costs

Numbers available today

What a number abroad costs

€49 per monthper number

The same amount in each of the fourteen countries — an Italian number costs no more than an Irish one. Including the full phone system: forwarding, IVR menu, call queue, call recording and statistics.

Just testing the market

€250 per yearprepaid

One line, one forwarding number, no features. For anyone who first wants to know whether the phone rings at all before setting up a phone system. That is less than €21 a month — under half the full rate, with exactly one thing that works: the number rings and the call reaches you.

And the call charges

Those depend on where the call goes

A call that arrives in Italy and goes on to an Irish VoIP line costs a different amount from one to an Italian mobile. You get that rate with your proposal; it is the one thing we cannot put on the page, because it differs per route.

Why you can get this from us

Licensed, and the platform is ours

What matters behind a foreign number is who handles it when something out of the ordinary is needed: an urgent change, a non-standard routing, a question from the regulator. We are a licensed telecom provider and run our own intelligent IVR platform, so our own team handles it.

  • Italy

Registered with the Italian regulator AGCOM

    Registration number 18486.702

Authorised to issue Italian numbers, in line with Italian telecoms law. That can be checked, and that is the point.

  • Europe

    Licensed in fifteen countries

We know the rules in each country because, as a licensed provider, we are subject to them ourselves.

  • The platform

One phone system for all your numbers

Your Italian, Irish and UK numbers come in on the same routing, with the same queue and the same dashboard. No separate accounts per country.

How it works

From request to a ringing phone

  1. You tell us what you need

Which city or which type, and whether you have an Italian address. If you're not sure, we'll look at it with you.

  2. We check and send a quote

Within one working day you get a proposal with the current rates and an honest answer on whether it can be done. Sometimes the answer is that an 800 number will serve you better than a local number.

  3. The registration

If the number needs proof of address, we submit it to the regulator. That is the only part you have to wait for.

  4. Forwarding to your team

The call arrives in Italy and lands with your colleagues in Ireland. The caller dials an Italian number and never notices the difference.

Frequently asked questions

About Italian phone numbers

We offer two types: 800 toll-free numbers (Numero Verde) which are free for the caller, and local geographic numbers that give you a presence in a specific Italian city (e.g. 02 for Milan, 06 for Rome, 055 for Florence, 011 for Turin).

For 800 toll-free numbers, a worldwide address is accepted — you can order them with your Irish business address. For local geographic numbers, Italy asks for your company details and the identity of a representative; whether an address in Italy is also needed, we check with you before you order.

800 numbers (Numero Verde) allow callers from within Italy to call you at no cost to them. As the number holder, you pay for incoming calls. These numbers are widely recognised and trusted by Italian consumers, especially for customer support and sales lines. Note that 800 toll-free numbers can only be dialled from within Italy — they cannot be called from abroad.

Yes. We have local numbers available for Italian cities including Milan (02), Rome (06), Florence (055), Turin (011), Naples (081), Bologna (051), and many more. You can pick the area code that best matches your target market. Whether a local number needs an address in Italy, we check with you before you order.

Yes. Calls to your Italian number are forwarded to any destination you choose — an Irish landline, a mobile, a VoIP system, or a team of agents through a phone menu. The caller in Italy experiences a normal domestic call with no noticeable delay.

Italian numbers vary in length. Geographic numbers start with an area code (e.g. 02 for Milan, 06 for Rome) followed by 6–8 digits. The country code is +39. Unlike most countries, you must include the leading 0 when dialling from abroad: +39 02 1234 5678.

Toll-free 800 numbers can typically be activated within one business day. Local geographic numbers may take slightly longer because your details are checked first.
