Get a Dutch phone number for your business.

Dutch customers call a Dutch number, and that makes a difference to both response and trust. Which number you can have depends on one thing: whether you have an address in the Netherlands. Below is what is possible either way.

The question that decides everything

Which Dutch number can your business have?

In the Netherlands the regulator decides which Dutch number you can have. Some numbers need your business to have an address in the Netherlands; below you can see what is possible for each number.

In stock and what it costs

Numbers available today

What a number abroad costs

€49 per monthper number

The same amount in each of the fourteen countries — a Dutch number costs no more than an Irish one. Including the full phone system: forwarding, IVR menu, call queue, call recording and statistics.

Just testing the market

€250 per yearprepaid

One line, one forwarding number, no features. For anyone who first wants to know whether the phone rings at all before setting up a phone system. That is less than €21 a month — under half the full rate, with exactly one thing that works: the number rings and the call reaches you.

And the call charges

Those depend on where the call goes

A call that arrives in the Netherlands and goes on to an Irish VoIP line costs a different amount from one to a Dutch mobile. You get that rate with your proposal; it is the one thing we cannot put on the page, because it differs per route.

Why you can get this from us

Licensed, and the platform is ours

What matters behind a foreign number is who handles it when something out of the ordinary is needed: an urgent change, a non-standard routing, a question from the regulator. We are a licensed telecom provider and run our own intelligent IVR platform, so our own team handles it.

  • the Netherlands

Registered with the Dutch regulator ACM

    Registration number 943957

Authorised to issue Dutch numbers, in line with Dutch telecoms law. That can be checked, and that is the point.

  • Europe

    Licensed in fifteen countries

We know the rules in each country because, as a licensed provider, we are subject to them ourselves.

  • The platform

One phone system for all your numbers

Your Dutch, Irish and UK numbers come in on the same routing, with the same queue and the same dashboard. No separate accounts per country.

How it works

From request to a ringing phone

  1. You tell us what you need

Which city or which type, and whether you have a Dutch address. If you're not sure, we'll look at it with you.

  2. We check and send a quote

Within one working day you get a proposal with the current rates and an honest answer on whether it can be done. Sometimes the answer is that an 0800 number will serve you better than a local number.

  3. The registration

For local numbers we submit the proof of address to the regulator. That is the only part you have to wait for.

  4. Forwarding to your team

The call arrives in the Netherlands and lands with your colleagues in Ireland. The caller dials a Dutch number and never notices the difference.
