BlueLife GmbH Sustainable household products · Austria

A national Austrian number for a brand with customers across the border.

BlueLife makes sustainable household products and grew from Austria to customers in Germany, Switzerland, Italy and other EU countries. Those customers needed one clear number.

The sticking point

When customers from Germany, Switzerland and Italy came on board, contact turned out to be the weak point. Callers hesitated at a number they did not recognise, and wondered what a call would cost and whether they would reach anyone.

Without a clear way to get in touch, BlueLife ran the risk of questions going unanswered and of new customers dropping out before they had bought anything.

What we set up
