Hardman Design Handmade bespoke furniture · United Kingdom

A German number for a British furniture maker.

Hardman Design, founded in the United Kingdom in 2012 by Liam Hardman, makes bespoke wooden furniture. German customers wanted to be able to talk about design and made-to-measure work without calling a UK number.

The sticking point

Germany became a cornerstone of Hardman Design’s European growth. You sell a bespoke piece of furniture in a conversation about design and dimensions, and German customers prefer to have that conversation with a company that feels close by.

With only UK contact details, German buyers hesitated to start that conversation.

What we set up

A national German number, so that German customers call Hardman Design on a number from their own country to discuss a design or a size.
