How Does the Callcenter App Work?

When you open the application for the first time, you will see a login screen.

The number owner or your telecom administrator has provided you with two codes to log in.

These are the same codes you use to log in to http://employee.callfactory.ie.

If you do not have login credentials, please ask the phone number owner or administrator for them.

After logging in, you will see the status screen with your call statistics below it.

You can easily change your status by clicking on the new status. Learn more about changing your status here.
